How we handle your data

Who we are

The data controller is Michelangelo Chiappero, Torino. For any request: privacy@brointheair.com.

What we collect

Only the email address you leave in the form. No name, phone number or other data. The server also records the standard technical browsing data (IP, browser, date and time of the request and of the sign-up).

Why

To write to you once, on launch day — based on your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
To run and protect the site — legitimate interest.
To comply with legal obligations and prove the consent collected — legal obligation.

We don't use your email for anything else. We don't pass it on to third parties for commercial purposes. No profiling.

How long

Your email is kept until the service launches, and in any case for no more than 24 months from sign-up, or until you ask us to delete it. Technical logs are kept for 12 months at most.

Your rights

You can ask for access, rectification, erasure, restriction or portability, or object to the processing, by writing to privacy@brointheair.com. We reply within 30 days. You can also unsubscribe yourself from the link at the bottom of the email you receive. If you think we're handling your data improperly, you can contact the Garante Privacy (the Italian Data Protection Authority).
