Travelling is great. Organising it, not so much.

That's why we made BroInTheAir: for every question on a trip, there's already an answer.

your documents

“Where did I put the ticket?”

A confirmation in your inbox, a screenshot, a PDF a friend sent you, a note. I gather them up and put them in one place, in the order you need them. When you're at the desk, the ticket is right there.

timings

“What time do I need to be there?”

I know what comes first and what comes next: the car park, the flight, the train, the table. I put everything at its time and tell you when to get moving, without you doing the maths.

the unexpected

“Something changed and nobody told me.”

A delay, a different gate, a cancelled flight: you often find out in front of the departures board. I keep checking for you, and as soon as something moves I let you know and tell you what to do.

the bills

“Who paid for dinner?”

One of you pays for the hotel up front, one the trains, one the dinner. I keep the tab as you go and at the end I tell you who gives how much to whom, with as few transfers as possible. No spreadsheets, no “we'll sort it out later”.

weather and packing

“Will it rain? What should I pack?”

I check the weather where you'll be, hour by hour: if you're in Tokyo in the morning and in Kyoto in the afternoon, I know. And if it rains just when you have the outdoor visit, I'll put the umbrella in your bag myself.

ask

“Ask me.”

Ask me what you'd ask a friend: what time to leave, where to eat, the hotel code, how much you owe whom. I answer by looking at your bookings and where you are, and I show you where I got it from. If I don't know, I tell you.

how it works

You do what you've
always done.

Nothing to learn, nothing to fill in. You book wherever you like, and I do the rest.

01

You book as usual

On the carrier's website, in an app, at a travel agency. Wherever you like.

02

I read the confirmation email

I find them in your inbox or you forward them to me, like you'd forward them to a friend. I read them and put everything in its place.

03

Your trip is ready

In order, up to date, shared with whoever's travelling with you. Even before you've booked everything.

over 1,000 carriers

I know when it really leaves.

Planes, trains, ships, buses: I know the times, delays and gates of more than a thousand carriers. You don't need to check the departures board: you look at me.

and then

Every trip
leaves you a stamp.

You land, and the country is yours. I fill your passport, trip after trip, and tell you how much more you've flown than everyone else. How many stamps have you got already?
